Join us for the 2nd Annual SOAR Conference!

SOAR is a conference. It is also a mindset, an action plan and a community for women business owners, entrepreneurs and leaders in our region who are taking steps to make incredible things happen.

In its second year, the SOAR Conference has transitioned to a fully online experience to reimagine how we do business as businesses work to adapt, recover, and rebuild from the impacts of COVID-19.

This year the SOAR Conference will include inspiring speakers, engaging panels, peer networking opportunities and actionable resources delivered over three days in manageable 2.5 hour time commitments. All registrants will have access to a catalog of resources and event recordings following the event.

AND – this year’s conference is completely free of charge!

A Mindful Approach to Building Resilience and Finding Harmony

When things are in harmony, we are in a flow. While COVID-19 and new found challenges in our current work environment may present a framework for work-life-balance, there also exists underlying tension that’s like walking a tight-rope.

Harmony is being in a state of existence, in the present; moving from moment to moment  with resilience while maintaining the ability to transition through difficulties with an outcome of ease. Learn how we can create harmony in our lives, techniques we can practice, and skills we can learn to increase resiliency and harmony in our business and in our lives.

Dr. Deb Lindh founded the global Twitter Chat #PTSDandBeyond and the podcast PTSD and Beyond which provide advocacy, support, and resources as well as hope, inspiration, education, empowerment, and growth to everyone affected by and with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
